Thionville made a success of its appointment with the pyrotechnic show of the National Day on Thursday evening. Fired from the right bank of the Moselle, the fire conquered the public. The general opinion was that it was all there: quality and quantity. New fact, an astonishing ballet of luminous drones invaded the sky as an opening. Nice and applauded. If the atmosphere in town remained festive throughout the evening, it was a less dense crowd than usual that made the trip to the banks to watch the show. The events of the past week are certainly not unrelated to this. Anyway, if you missed this lovely evening, don’t hesitate to click; it’s a gift. The July 14 events continue today with free cruises on the Moselle (last departure at 5:15 p.m.) and the Grand Prix Cycliste.
