BRAVE firefighters tackle Australia’s latest wildfire to ravage the outskirts of the gated city of Perth.
The fire destroyed 70 houses, forcing families to flee.
Covid restrictions have been placed on the Western Australian capital in just one instance, but officials have told its two million residents to put the evacuation first.
More than 300 emergency workers tried to contain the flames and helicopters dumped water on the bushfire.
Six firefighters were injured.
The hot, dry weather helped Hell to spread.
