Work has focused on putting out the fire and ventilating the enclosure, where a large amount of smoke had been stored.
Firefighters have extracted several cardboard boxes of popcorn affected by the fire from inside the cinema.
It should be noted that the Cine Cortés is located next to a building that suffered a fire a few months ago, caused by manipulating the electricity cables according to investigations by the Civil Guard, and that has left its structure badly damaged. It is also adjacent to the delegated headquarters of the Government of Aragon, which has not suffered any damage.
