A fire in a substation left the residents of the largest metropolitan district – “Lyulin” without electricity. Dozens of signals were given for the lack of power supply around 9 p.m.
Shortly after 10:30 pm, the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population told NOVA that the accident had been fixed.
