The fire in the car at the Granfoss tunnel has been extinguished, the fire service says. The tunnel is open to traffic again, reports Vegtrafikksentralen.
– The fire service is working to extinguish the fire, writes Oslo 110 central Twitter.
The car caught fire at the exit ramp to Mustad and not on Ring 3 itself.
The police state that there was a full fire in the vehicle. There should not have been anyone in the car.
– Smoke comes out on the Lysaker side of the tunnel. Residents in the area are advised to keep windows closed, the police wrote.
