The fire of a Russian cafe kills 15 people, suspected arrested

At 2 am 5am local time, the Kostroma City Emergency Department received a report of a fire in a cafe, then local firefighters sent a total of 50 firefighters and 20 fire trucks to the scene to put out the fire. Due to the intensity of the fire, the roof of the bar completely collapsed during the fire fighting process.
After five hours, the firefighters put out the fire. Preliminary investigations show that the fire affected an area of 3,500 square meters, in addition to the victims, another 250 people were evacuated.
The fire was triggered by a drunk man who quarreled with people in a bar and fired a flare gun with a flare gun, several Russian media reported, citing sources.
