The fire was assigned the maximum fifth level of complexity. The fire spread over an area of 1,000 sq. m, the rooms from the first to the fourth floors are on fire. So far, the fire has not been contained despite heavy rain.
Most employees and visitors have been evacuated, but there are people on the upper floors who cannot get out because of the fire. Judging by the lists of employees of the business center, from 15 to 20 people can stay inside.
In total, 120 people were taken out of the building, the search for people continues.
The causes of the fire are still unclear. Among the main versions, a short circuit is considered under the ventilation facade at the entrance. At the same time, arson is not ruled out.
Nearly 200 people are involved in the firefighting. The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Alexander Kurenkov arrived at the scene.
