The fire broke out on Saturday morning in the attic of the building at ul. Wileńska 11. Later, the flames spread to the roof.

Importantly, no one was hurt. However, 10 people were evacuated from the neighboring tenement house. The fire brigade reported that they were probably homeless people.

Firefighters worked inside and outside the building. They managed to extinguish the fire after more than six hours.

Four bus lines that made detours during the firefighting operation have now returned to their main routes.

We received information about the fire on the RMF FM Hotline.
