In Yekaterinburg on November 18, at two o’clock in the afternoon, an emergency occurred – a strong fire started in the area of the railway station. Eyewitnesses noticed thick black smoke rising above Azin Street. As it turns out later, the hospital on Brothers Bykov was engulfed in fire.
“On the afternoon of November 18, the fire department received a message about a fire on the territory of the clinic, Central City Clinical Hospital No. 3, clinic No. 2,” commented the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Sverdlovsk Region. – Fire and rescue units arrived at the scene and found that the roof of the administrative building was on fire.

The fire spread to an area of 200 square meters. The evacuation of patients and visitors began.
“13 units of special equipment and 39 personnel were involved in extinguishing the fire,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations added.
