Panic in the city of Găesti, from Dâmbovița county. A fire that broke out in a block of flats led to the evacuation of the residents. Firefighters intervene with several special vehicles.

The fire allegedly broke out at an electrical switchboard on the stairwell of a residential building in Găesti.
To manage the emergency situation, the Găesti Detachment operates with three fire trucks and a SMURD ambulance, plus the Titu Detachment with a truck for intervention and rescue from heights.
At the scene of the fire, the firemen found that it appeared in an electrical panel on the ground floor of the building. Action is being taken to extinguish the fire and evacuate the tenants.
“Until this moment, seven people have been evacuated from the lower floors, two of them being assisted by the medical crews present on the scene. A SMURD ambulance from Garda Vișina also moved in support and an SMURD ambulance from the Titu Detachment is on the way”, says the spokesperson of ISU Dâmbovița.
