DKI Jakarta Fire Management and Rescue (Gulkarmat) agency said it managed to put out the fire in Jl Bangka Buntu I settlement, Bangka, Mampang Prapatan. A total of 36 fire brigade units (Damkars) have been deployed to the scene.
“The situation and state of the fire is cooling down,” Jakarta Damkar Public Relations said, in its statement, on Tuesday (27/12/2022).
According to Gulkarmat service data, the fire was located on Monday (26/12), 22.50 WIB. Cool down time is called 11:15pm WIB.
Damkar is known to have received a fire report at 20.05 WIB. The unit’s initial movement counted for 4 units. However, until the blackout ended, 36 units were deployed on site with 180 personnel.
The cause of the fire in the densely populated settlement is not yet known. Including the presence or absence of victims.
