Through PT FinAccel Teknologi Indonesia, parent Kredivo it officially becomes the majority shareholder of PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk. (BBSI) last year.
PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk. (BBSI) has now changed its name to PT Bank Indonesia chrome Tbk. (Chrome Bank). Meanwhile, PT FinAccel Teknologi Indonesia’s share of ownership in Krom Bank has now reached 75 percent.
