Before getting this award, it turns out that Flip has gone through many obstacles. One of them, was closed by Bank Indonesia because the services provided by Flip are getting bigger, but have not yet received official permission to operate.
Since then, Flip finally got a license directly from Bank Indonesia and can operate again to this day.
During a pandemic that shook several companies, Flip was actually growing in terms of business as well as team members.
“Flip now has 187 team members and during this pandemic, Flip has managed to increase the number of team members by 140 percent,” said Rafi.
In improving the company’s performance, Flip is constantly looking for potential new talents.
