Feinmetall HF contacting – even for the finest semiconductor structures
Feinmetall is also at the forefront of contacting chips and wafers. Fine grid pins in test sockets and test cards for testing semiconductor wafers not only require the finest grid dimensions, but also suitability for maximum frequencies. Feinmetall also fully covers these contacting tasks and has decades of expert knowledge in the semiconductor world. Only in this way is it possible for us to develop and manufacture test cards for pitches up to 40 µm and for frequencies up to 77 GHz.
