In relation to the deceased person, two decisions were made to hold him accountable for speeding (violations were recorded by photographic cameras).
As it turned out, speeding was allowed after the death of the owner of the car by another person, since the car was not properly re-registered.
As a result the prosecutor’s office canceled illegal rulings against the deceased, and the real violator was brought to justice.
