Finding the Most Borrowed Library Books using SGB Waterbear: A Guide to Accessing Statistics and Records

You would like to know which books were most borrowed last year from your library. You use the SGB Waterbear and you want to determine this number. However, after several searches and tests via the search or statistics modules of SGB Waterbear you cannot find the titles or records.

First of all, we are not SGB Waterbear specialists. At Enssib, we use another SGB, Place, which performs these tasks perfectly. It is therefore difficult for us to respond to you by reproducing a use case to direct you to specialist advice.

However, there is any a series of documents products by the Waterbear community (which is growing) that might interest you. We have selected in particular Waterbear video recordings and in particular that concerning the use of statistics module in the SGB Waterbear.

There are also training courses led by libraries using the Waterbear SGB. We selected this first training which might interest you or the latter. In this regard, if these training courses are not open to you, you can however contact the reference people and specialists who produce these training courses to ask them your question. In addition, we also advise you to contact a discussion list of Waterbear users.
