Gatherings of more than 10 people prohibited

Gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited in green spaces, recreation areas, parks, gardens, picnic areas, beaches and any other site used for this purpose.

Collective and combat sports prohibited

Team sports and combat sports are prohibited, including in schools, colleges, high schools and higher education establishments. This prohibition concerns all forms of practice: animation, training, competitions, meetings and all other forms of events.

Penalties incurred

Failure to comply with the measures of this decree may be subject to a fine. The violation of these measures more than three times within a period of thirty days, is punished by six months imprisonment and a fine of € 3,750 as well as the additional penalty of community service.
