The Council of Ministers approved a series of measures which come into force as of next Tuesday, September 15, with the entry into force of the Contingency State in Mainland Portugal
These are the measures that have been approved:
– Gatherings are now limited to 10 people.
– Commercial establishments cannot open before 10 am, but there will be exceptions.
– The closing time of the establishments is between 20h and 23h, by decision of the city councils.
– Catering areas in shopping centers now have a maximum limit of four people per group.
– It is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages at service stations and after 8 pm in all establishments (except meals).
– The sports venues, as it had already been advanced this week, will remain without public.
– The consumption of alcoholic beverages on the public road is also prohibited.
With the return of classes in person, the council of ministers approved the following measures:
– Schools must adopt contingency plans and have disinfectants available, following the rules of the Directorate-General for Health.
– In cafes and pastry shops up to 300 meters from schools, there is now a maximum limit of four people per group.
For metropolitan areas, changes are also required in the way companies should organize themselves:
– Mirror teams
. Turnover scales between telework and face-to-face work
– Mandatory time lag:
. Differentiated entry and exit times
. Different times for breaks and meals
– Reduction of pendulum movements
