New raid by the financial police, today (7 March) as part of the investigation into the alleged fraudulent declarations of Marella Caracciolo relating to the years 2018 and 2019: in the (new) seizure decree signed by the deputy prosecutor of Turin Marco Gianoglio and by the public ministries Mario Bendoni and Giulia Marchetti, Lapo and Ginevra Elkann are also under investigation. Essentially, the investigators took back the documents that, a minute earlier, they had returned, as decided by the Court of Review last Saturday.
In addition to his brother John, the family’s historic accountant Gianluca Ferrero and the Swiss notary who took care of the inheritance of Gianni Agnelli’s widow. According to what we learn, the disputes are also widening: the magistrates, who coordinate the investigations of the financial and economic police unit of the Fiamme Gialle, also dispute the time period relating to the years 2016 and 2017, with increased amounts; in addition to the hypothesis of the crime of fraud against the State, because with the succession in Switzerland no inheritance taxes would have been paid in Italy.
