Marc Marquez will comeback on MotoGP Portugal. After a long absence due to injury, rider Repsol Honda it can get back on track.

Marquez had suffered a right arm injury, which kept him out for months. He experienced it after falling in the Spanish MotoGP or the opening series MotoGP 2020.

Marquez was diagnosed with a fracture of the humerus in his right arm. Three operations under his belt, which made him miss the rest of the season MotoGP 2020 and two premiere races at MotoGP 2021.

Marquez can finally make a comeback to the track in the Portuguese MotoGP, which takes place on April 18, 2021 at the Portimao Circuit. Ahead of the race, Marquez’s physiotherapist Carlos Garcia gave the rider a touching message before returning to the track.

On his Instagram, Garcia shared how his experience with Marquez went through a healing process for months. He also admitted that he would always support Marquez.

“You don’t have to prove anything to anyone, you are Marc. We who are close to this difficult time know that before there were athletes, there were great figures,” Garcia wrote on his Instagram.

“We gave everything we had and wrote it over quickly, but these nearly 9 months have been the longest in our lives. We have given up everything with one goal. We finally fulfilled that goal and gave us more than everything we experienced, what which we DIDN’T go through, and what has made us suffer. The last few months have been very difficult, but we always try to see the light at the end of the tunnel. “

“If I’ve learned anything in recent months, an athlete, to be successful, needs to have talent. But not just talent.”

“You have to add to the hard work, do what you have to do, and not what you want to do. Get up early, be on time, be constant, know how to rest, eat a healthy diet, exercise, suffer … all of it, without knowing to how long. Everything has to be done, even if your dream goes away, all even with doubts when you can compete again. “

“It seems that the light that we imagine every day at the end of the tunnel, is finally shining through. Marc will win the world championship, and I will stay with Marc,” he wrote.
