JAKARTA – The final week of the 2020-2021 Premier League season is completed on Sunday, May 23, local time. These are the full results of the highest caste in the Premier League, the final standings, as well as which clubs get European tickets for the upcoming season.
West Ham United returns to European competition after 15 years. A convincing 3-0 win over Southampton saw David Moyes’s team finish sixth in the table with a collection of 65 points.

That means West Ham get a ticket to the group stage of the Europa League next season and appear in the final round of European competition for the first time since they last experienced it in the 2006/07 season.
West Ham also appeared in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 Europa Leagues, but in those two seasons they finished in the qualifying phase without ever participating in the final.
West Ham’s victory broke the hearts of the Tottenham Hotspur players who were able to claim a 4-2 home win against Leicester City.

Tottenham had to settle for seventh place and only won the conference qualifying tie, UEFA’s third-division competition that starts rolling out next season.
However, at the same time, Tottenham also insisted that Leicester should be willing to appear “only” in the Europa League because they finished fifth.
The composition of the top four in the final standings has not changed significantly compared to before the week’s game, but Liverpool and Chelsea ended up swapping places.
Liverpool finished third after a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at Anfield, beating Chelsea who closed the season with a 1-2 loss on a visit to Aston Villa headquarters.

However, Liverpool and Chelsea will remain in the Champions League alongside English champion Manchester City and their rivals Manchester United.
City closed their season with a 5-0 win over Everton at the Etihad before lifting the Premier League trophy to 10,000 of their fans who were allowed into the stadium.

Leeds United’s record of a 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at Elland Road is the highest in Premier League history with 62 goals and the most points scored in the past two decades at 59.
The record record also colored Newcastle United’s 2-0 home win against Fulham. Joe Willock equaled Alan Shearer’s record as the second player to score seven straight games, while Fulham became the first team in the Premier League era to not reach 10 goals in a home game per season.
