Paris: France Football magazine, the organizers, announced the final list for the Ballon d’Or award. Argentine superstar Lionel Messi, Manchester City’s Norwegian striker Erling Holland, French stars Karim Benzema and Kylian Mbappe are on the list. The award winner will be announced on October 30.
