Secretary General DPR RI Indra Iskandar confirmed that the number of pages of the draft Law all Law Create Work (UU Ciptaker) again changed from the previous 1,035 pages to 812 pages.
According to him, the draft Law is the final draft of the Ciptaker Law.
“Yeah right, that’s the final version,” said Indra via a short message to CNNIndonesia.com, Monday (12/10).
However, he did not explain the cause of the 223 pages decrease from the previous draft.
Indra also did not answer when asked whether all factions that supported the ratification of the Ciptaker Law had signed the draft regulation, which now totals 812 pages.
He only said that the draft law had not been sent to the current President of the DPR RI.
Previously, Indra stated that the final draft of the Ciptaker Law was 1,035 pages. It is 130 pages different from the draft discussed in the Plenary Session on October 5, which was only 905 pages long.
“Yes, that’s what was discussed last, which was letter 1,035 [halaman]. That was the last thing discussed until yesterday, “Indra told reporters via text message, Monday (12/10) night.
Responding to the fluctuating number of pages of the draft Law on Manpower and Transmigration, PKS stated that it would investigate the alleged contraband articles if they had received the final draft.
