“Joker: Madness for Two” is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films for 2024. Now, a new piece of news creates a stir among its fans: The filming of the film came to an end posting new images of Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga.
The photographs were shared by the director of the film himself, Todd Phillipswho also confirmed the end of the production recordings, sequel to the successful “Joker” of 2019.

“It’s over. Thanks to these two (+ the entire cast) and the best crew the film industry has to offer”, the filmmaker began by pointing out in his post on social media.
In the photographic records, Phoenix is seen with his characteristic “Joker” makeup, while Lady Gaga bursts in with her particular, dark and sensual look in an iconic portrait.
“From top to bottom. I’m going to crawl into a cave now (editing room) and put it all together.”added Phillips in the description of his post.
It is worth mentioning that this film, whose premiere is set for October 2024will be part of what is known as DC Elseworlds, a set of films, series and sagas far from the main canon of the new DC Universe.
