The Bavarian comedy “Who digs in the gravedigger?” will be presented by CINEWORLD Mainfrankenpark in its Film-Café on Thursday 29 December. It starts at 15:00 with delicious specialties from the cake and pie maker “Tortenglück” from Westheim. The cinema team also serves aromatic coffee. The movie starts at 4pm
Between the two municipalities of Greisendorf and Neubrunn a dubious local competition between gravediggers is secretly taking place: Silent film star Gaby Gruber, with her record-breaking 114 years, lives exactly between the two places – and doesn’t even think of dying! Everyone wants to rush to her funeral, which hopefully will come soon, to turn their village into a tourist pilgrimage site. However, the Grim Reaper suddenly meets the undertaker Bartl (Uli Bauer) himself. Now there are completely different questions: How can his death be kept secret until a new undertaker is found and his sheephead friends, the gardener Gert (Tom Kreß), the garbage man Rudi (Angelika Sedlmeier) and the plumber Pat (David Zimmerschied) succeed? , actually, to get Bartl secretly and with dignity under the ground?
