Weimar Seebach Stift shows a film drama with Corinna Harfouch. Beforehand there is a service in the special retirement home.
The year of events starts at the Seebach-Stift with a Protestant service on Thursday, January 4th, 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Sebastian Kircheis. The film drama “Lara” will be shown on Monday, January 8th, 4 p.m., at the Seebach-Stift. In it, Corinna Harfouch as 60-year-old Lara Jenkins struggles with age and loneliness. On Sunday, January 14th, residents and guests can listen to students from the Thuringia German Music Artists Association give a concert at 4 p.m. In this way, the young people are preparing for the “Youth Make Music” competition. The next day there is a “Chaplin Evening”. Silent film pianist Richard Siedhoff plays the piano for the 1916 film “Charlie Chaplin Comedies.” Admission is always free, but donations are welcome.
