Ubisoft revealed the story trailer for its new game coming in January, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, at The Game Awards event and announced the arrival of a free trial version of the game next January 11 on all platforms.

The game will be released on January 18 on PS5/PS4, Xbox One/Seris X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch, at a price of $50.

Its events revolve around a tough warrior, named Sargon, who tries to rescue the kidnapped Prince of Persia, by searching for him in the cursed and hostile castle of Qaf.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is the first game in the series since 2010, but it is not related to the old series in events and does not offer similar gameplay, as the old parts provided experiences with high 3D production value, cinematic scenes, and interest in the story.

As for The Lost Crown, it is a platform game with a medium production value, and this is reflected in its price ($50) compared to the rest of the big games ($60-70).
