Faizza relied on a number of young faces with the young people whom Anwar Salama ascended to the first team, such as Hani Ramzi, Muhammad Abdul Jalil, Adel Abdel Rahman and Amr Anwar, with more opportunities being given to the twins Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, with the elements of experience represented by Thabit Al Batal, Ahmed Schubert, Rabih Yassin, Mahmoud Saleh and Alaa Mihoub Ayman Shawky.
