FilGoal | News | Tent in the Joule – Ibrahim Saeed tells what you do not know in his professionalism with Everton … and a decision that he would like to retract

In 2003 Ibrahim Said moved to Everton on loan for six months, but he did not play a match.

What happened during that period? What is the story of dyeing his hair the color of archenemy Liverpool? And what happened with his coach David Moyes?

Ibrahim Saeed, in his interview via “Tent in the Joule,” replied to “Instagram”, saying: “The story of the transfer started after I met Everton, I think, in a meeting for the Egyptian team with Senegal.”

“Al-Ahly continued to ask for a large number to sell me permanently, so it was agreed to loan.”

And I added, “I played as a right back because there was not one player in that position and I made good meetings, but it was not in the English Premier League, then I sat on the bench in four games.”

He continued, “I had difficulty adapting, of course, it is not as easy as it is now. In my transition time it was difficult to adapt to a new league and the English Premier League was not as good now.”

Dyeing his hair red

As for the incident of dyeing his hair in red, Ibrahim Saeed commented, “Unfortunately, I wore a cap and no one saw the color of my hair in the hotel. If I did not wear it, it would be quickly remedied.”

“When I got off the bus I thought the crowd was encouraging me, but it was cursing me because of the color of my hair,” he said, laughing.

On his coach, Altovis, David Moise said: “Moise’s style was not helping him succeed, and this happened to him in Manchester United. He does not know how to deal with the stars, but he knows how to deal with young players well. I have not seen Moise laugh.”

“If Moise laughs, you know that something went wrong, he is a very good coach technically, but psychologically he was not the best and he does not listen to the team’s stars.”

Ibrahim Saeed continued, “I spoke to Moise that I cannot join the Egyptian team because of my lack of participation in the matches, so he told me you are a professional in the English Premier League, so the national team must include you.”

“But I was joining the first match list and the only one coming out of the final list.”

Al-Ahly, Zamalek and the former Egypt team stressed, “I wished to have a greater opportunity to participate in the matches, that made me not feel as comfortable as it happened with Mohamed Salah in Chelsea, he moved Italy and starred in Rome.”

A decision he would like to undo

Ibrahim Saeed revealed a decision he would like to withdraw from before moving to Everton and explained, “Two offers came to me from Germany from Cologne and the second offer was from Munich 1860 or Hanover, as I remember.”

“But I would have preferred the English Premier League. If I went back in time, I would have joined the German league.”

He concluded, “The offers were real and Adly al-Qi’i was asked about that.”
