FIFA launched its “World Cup from Home” campaign to contribute to the survival of citizens in their homes to reduce the outbreak of the new Corona virus “Covid 19”.
FIFA had previously announced the campaign, and asked everyone to participate in the poll, which is being conducted through his account on the social networking site Twitter, to choose the match that he should broadcast in full via his channel.
The first choice for the fans was a sweeping match against the 2014 group stage between Spain and the Netherlands, which overtook Brazil and Colombia in the quarter-finals, Germany and Argentina in the final of the same slump, that match was won by the Netherlands 5-1.
The site’s goers also chose to face England and America, which ended in a 1-2 result for the Three Lions battalion at the 2019 World Cup for Women.
The FIFA has published the official film of the 2018 FIFA World Cup as part of the campaign, and it is expected that a new referendum will be issued through its official Twitter account to choose the match that should be placed on the account.
FIFA had said in a previous statement: “The World Cup campaign at home will broadcast full replays of more than 30 memorable matches in the history of the World Cup for men and women, and will be published on FIFA’s official website as well as the official channel via YouTube.”
