Mostafa Mourad Fahmy, former secretary of the Confederation of African Football, has been nominated to head the new committee to manage the Egyptian Football Association.
وعلم FilGoal.com That Hani Abu Raida, former president of the Football Association, and a member of the Executive Council of FIFA, nominated Mustafa Murad Fahmy to head the new committee for managing the Football Association.
Abu Raida nominated Mustafa Murad Fahmy on the sidelines of the FIFA Executive Council meeting currently being held in Bahrain, in the presence of Gianni Infantino, FIFA President.
The FIFA had notified the Football Association of the end of the current term of the FIFA management committee on January 31, with a new committee consisting of three new names appointed to complete the committee’s tasks.

In a previous statement, FIFA announced the extension of the work period of the committee overseeing the Egyptian Football Association until January 31, early December.(See details)
The committee’s work was scheduled to end on November 30, 2020, to extend the term of VIVA, while reducing the number of its members from 5 to 3 individuals.
