The Moroccan Raja Club thanked its loyal fans who supported it against the Royal Army in the matches of round 15 of the Moroccan League and condemned the unfortunate events that occurred in the match.
The Royal Army had beaten Raja 1-0, but the meeting was accompanied by unfortunate events in the vicinity of Moulay Abd Allah Stadium.
Moroccan reports revealed that there were fights between the fans of both teams, which resulted in major material injuries and losses.
“The Raja Sports Club thanks the loyal fans who support the team in all the meetings inside and outside the field,” the official account for Raja wrote.
He stressed, “Special thanks go to the masses who moved to the city of Rabat in order to provide the usual and unconditional support for the team.”
“The Raja Club condemns the unfortunate and dangerous events that the club’s fans were subjected to after the end of the interview,” Al-Rajaa said.
Ismaili will play against his guest, Raja, next Sunday in the semi-final of the Mohammed VI Cup of Champions Clubs.
