Al-Ahly will wear an alternative uniform, during their confrontation with Al-Duhail at the start of their FIFA Club World Cup 2020 campaign in Qatar.
Al-Ahly wears a gray shirt, black shorts and black socks during the club’s World Cup quarter-final match against Al-Duhail on Thursday.
This came during the technical meeting held at noon on Wednesday to coordinate the meeting and the regulations.
It was clarified during the meeting that each team has the right to make 5 substitutions during the confrontation, with the possibility of a sixth change if a player suffers an injury that caused bleeding in the head or any head injuries, or when the match arrives for an additional time.
Among the most prominent instructions during the technical meeting is that each team shall have the right to perform only 3 players from the substitutes warm-up operations accompanied by the coach during the meeting.
The meeting witnessed the confirmation of the date of the two teams’ arrival at the stadium an hour and a half before the start of the match, in addition to the emphasis on taking all precautionary measures to address the Corona virus.
FIFA had previously announced the implementation of concussion substitution experiments in the Club World Cup, which will start on Thursday this month. (See details)
