Mortada Mansour, Chairman of Zamalek Club, was keen to meet with his team’s players, before the expected confrontation with Al-Ahly.
Zamalek began its closed camp, but before that, Mortada Mansour met with the players and the technical staff inside the club’s headquarters.

** Do not respond to any provocation if it occurs from any player in Al-Ahly on the field.
** Zamalek fans are the greatest fans in the world and they are all fighting for you, and Zamalek will not fall because of its fans and players.
** There is no team stronger than you in Africa. You defeated Esperance in Qatar, Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia, Al-Ahly in the Super and the League, and Raja, the Moroccan champion, back and forth.
** Trust yourselves and play very calmly. Enjoy yourselves and your fans.
** Every player on the field must play with calm nerves and know that he is the best player in Africa in his position on the field.
For his part, Mahmoud Abdel Razek, “Shikabala”, leader of Zamalek, spoke after Mortada Mansour’s messages.
Shikabala told Mortada, “We thank you for your keenness to be with us despite your hardship.”
He added, “We are optimistic about that session before the important matches, and God willing, we will meet again and celebrate together after the match.”
