Al-Ahly club players played their morning training session today, Saturday, in preparation for the border guards.
Al-Ahly players, who took part in front of Wadi Degla, were content with participating in healing training only to avoid muscle fatigue.
On the other hand, Amr Al-Soleya and Hussein Al-Shahat, who were the team’s players, underwent qualifying training on the sidelines of the training session.
Al-Ahly duo continued to implement the special treatment and rehabilitation program, by performing a session in the gym, before running around the stadium and carrying out some rehabilitative paragraphs, under the supervision of the club’s medical staff.
The team’s training included a physical aspect, then the coaching staff made a strong division with the participation of two goalkeepers, while the group that participated in the Wadi Degla match yesterday went through healing training.
Mohamed El-Shennawi, Ali Lotfi and Mustafa Schubert performed individual exercises under the supervision of Yankon Michel, the goalkeeper coach, before participating in the division of the ball.
Finally, Rene Fyler held a coordination session with Sayed Abdel Hafeez, director of football, to discuss the administrative and organizational arrangements for the next phase, starting with confronting border guards.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face the border guards scheduled for next Monday in the 25th round of the Egyptian League Championship.
