The prosecution decided to release Saleh Jumaa, the Al-Ahly player, in the second case that caused him to be kept after the decision to release him in the traffic accident case, according to Ashraf Abdel Aziz, the player’s lawyer, to FilGoal.com.
In the early hours of last Friday, the security forces had taken into custody of Saleh Jumaa after he caused great damage to several cars on Muhammad Mazhar Street in the Zamalek area, before the prosecution decided to release him on a bail of 5,000 pounds.
After the decision to release Saleh Jumaa, he was taken into custody again for accusing him of having shocked a young man in the Giza area during the past months.
Ashraf Abdel Aziz, lawyer of Saleh Jumaa, revealed in a brief statement with FilGoal.com that reconciliation between Saleh Jumaa and the young man hit him with his car had been completed, and the case ended with the player’s release from the Giza Prosecution Brigades.
Saleh Jumaa is currently preparing to leave the department, after the end of the case.
Al-Ahly had previously assigned a legal team to follow up on the crisis of its player.
