Ahmed Suleiman, the former Egypt goalkeeper coach and former candidate for the Zamalek presidency, said he regretted the refusal to support Mamdouh Abbas, the former white club president.
Ahmed Suleiman spoke on the channel “On Time Sports” in response to a question that he served as a front for Mamdouh Abbas in the Zamalek elections race, saying: “I regret that I did not accept the support of Mamdouh Abbas despite his offer. Ahmed Suleiman said that the Zamalek elections were not fair and gave an example, “I went to one of the judges in the elections and asked for one banner to be raised for me, so he refused, even though the club was full of signs of support for Mortada Mansour.” Propaganda lists have not been distributed and are still in Mustafa Abdel Khalek’s warehouse.
