Al-Ahly goalkeeper Sharif Ikrami has sent a message to Egyptian doctors and nurses who face the “Corona virus” outbreak, calling them “real stars.”
Ikrami wrote through his official account on the social networking site “Twitter” today, Friday, “a small virus that countries were powerless in front of.”
“An invisible thing proved to the world that real power is not in armies and control is not a superpower.”
He added, “A simple divine message revealed to humans their true size and proved a great illusion we live and believe in, a crisis that will one day end, God willing, but we must realize that whatever our strength is, we have nothing.”

Al-Ahly and Egypt’s national team continued his speech, “A salute to the true stars in this country, Egypt’s doctors and nurses, everyone who contributes to facing this crisis and whoever risks his safety to ensure our safety.”
“My commitment to my home is less than I offer as help so that your efforts are not wasted, please. If we want to contain the crisis in the shortest time, we must stay in homes as much as possible, and we have a choice,” he concluded.
