The Sidr plant, scientifically known as “Jojoba”, is a genus of shrubs and small trees that have been used for decades in herbal medicine and folk medicine in various cultures. The plant, which has long been associated with healing in Islamic culture, is also now included in the formulations of dietary supplements, energy foods and nutritional ingredients recommended for maintaining physical fitness and overall health of the organism.
