“I have been in constant communication with my team, probably every four to five hours over the last six to eight days (to keep up with the developments – ed.), and this creates a real dilemma for Putin,” said the president.

Biden also said that he and his administration are in direct, ongoing communication with the Ukrainians as the military operations continue.
