(Adnkronos) – “The anti-inflation pact signed yesterday by Minister Urso with the representatives of the distribution and trade associations demonstrates how committed the government is to the fight against high prices. Minister Urso, whom I thank for the great work he is doing , managed to get a memorandum of understanding signed on the shopping cart to protect the purchasing power of Italian families, to which a large part of the Italian production and processing associations are also gradually joining, net of some distinctions, from craftsmen, small and medium-sized enterprises and cooperative confederations.I trust that with this measure, which will be in force in the last quarter of the year, inflation will be able to drop further and return to physiological levels for our economy, also avoiding the chronicity of the increases recorded up to now.
