Passwords and accounts
The Ghent council chamber decided in October of last year to dismiss all those complaints, except for the hacking. Either they were false or there was no proof. This was confirmed once again in the Court of Appeal.
The charge of hacking is therefore still pending and that case was brought before the Ghent criminal court on Monday. The case will be heard on November 16. In the meantime, it must be clarified which passwords and which accounts are involved. The judge called on not to focus on the relationship, but on the criminal aspects.
