The twenty-seventh edition of Stride of the Cathedral doubling as the eighth edition of Pink strides of Chartres will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2022Place des Epars, in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir).
An event co-organized by our colleagues from Republican Echo and ASPTT Chartres with the participation and in support of theassociation PEPS (Prevention Education for Health).
Fight against cancer: a donation of 2 euros upon online registration
You can choose to walk or run according to your desires or your level on a mythical route around the cathedral in the city center of Chartres.

At the beginning of summer, traditionally the Foulées de la Cathédrale meet up with runners of all levels, eager to meet at the starting line and set off on a route that has become legendary over the years, encouraged by an overexcited public. throughout the course.
New this year, when registering online, it is possible to make a 2 euro gift to support the Pink Strides of Chartres and the fight against cancer.

5000 participants… no more paper and on-site registration

The Pink Strides of Chartres are celebrating their eighth edition and today bring together nearly 5,000 participants!
This festive and supportive race-walk, open to all, invites you to participate with family, friends and colleagues to support the fight against cancer and the association PEPS (Prevention education for health), behind a single slogan: “All together against cancer! “.
New this year is the end of paper and on-site registrations. Registration will be done online only. For latecomers, it will be possible to register on the site
internet of the event until 6:30 p.m. on D-Day.
The course of the festivities
–Free departures from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (walking). Warm-up to music with Orange Bleue – 6:30 p.m. Departure at free pace (running / walking).
A 19h00, Challenge companies and associations : Team spirit is again in the spotlight with the return of the Challenge Entreprises Renault Pro + Chartres. Companies can already put together their team and register for the Challenge des Foulées de la Cathédrale (participative, timed: free and feminine) and Foulées roses (participative).
An opportunity to fly the colors of your company and have a good time with colleagues!
On the Pink Strides, an association will be selected and invited to go on stage to receive the “Coup de Coeur de PEPS” trophy.
The Village of Strides
Installed Place des Épars, the village will be open from 10 a.m. for the collection of bibs and T-shirts.
From 2 p.m. start of entertainment with concerts, sports activities for the whole
family, without forgetting collective warm-ups with music, partner stands and associations cultivating the festive and friendly spirit of this event.
