FIFA announces new rules for loans

Player loans are more and more frequent, but they are not always well regulated. This is why FIFA has decided to put in place new rules concerning this type of transfer, based on three objectives: to develop young players, to promote competitive balance, to prevent the hoarding of players (a kind of accumulation ). Players aged 21 or under and those trained at the club are exempt from these new rules.
