FIFA announced the host cities for the 2026 World Cup on Thursday evening. The global final tournament following the World Cup in Qatar will be played in sixteen cities across three countries: Canada, the United States and Mexico. The three North American nations now know which of their cities can prepare for an invasion of football fans.
