When in 2019 it was known that FIFA 20 would have a street football mode, there were not a few who were excited about the return of FIFA Street or those futsal modes of the 97 edition. However, having the game in hand , expectations were not met and there were those who took it as a disappointment. Luckily for them, FIFA 21 promises to change Volta to be that much better.
The first changes that stand out are those of character customization. Not only on an aesthetic level, with more brands and licensed T-shirts / shirts, but also in the progression of skills. In this new version, the growth curve was improved, tying the speed of it to how well or badly we play the games. In other words, if we excel on the field we will grow faster and if not, everything will be more uphill.
To this we must add that artificial intelligence and the physics of the terrain were improved. In the first section we will see much more competent teammates than in the previous version, with more logical movements both in attack and defense. While in the second we will notice that the movement of the ball and the different actions that occur in the game, will be very faithful to reality.

Plain gameplay aside, there was also an emphasis on the multiplayer experience. Now we can assemble a Volta Squad with up to four more friends to compete in online matches against rivals of the same category. In case of not having teammates, it can also be done alone, since it will join us, randomly, with other players in the same situation as us.
Finally there will be a story mode called “The debut”. It will serve as a kind of tutorial to know the controls and minors of the mode, it will last approximately two hours and will be attended by renowned players such as Kaká and Thierry Henry.
FIFA 21 will arrive next October 9 for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One (and later for the consoles of the new generation). It will be on that date that we can see if all the good that the game promises is finally fulfilled.
