EA’s message on FIFA 21 is clear: the best version is available on PS5 and Xbox Series X. If you have a PC or a Nintendo Switch, you have to live with these disadvantages.
Electronic Arts has finally got the new soccer simulation FIFA 21 announced. However, EA is still reluctant to give details about the game. The company will only communicate innovations in gameplay and modes in August.
Initially, EA FIFA 21 will be the focus of the next generation of consoles. The game is for PS5 and Xbox Series X optimized and should run faster and look better thanks to the following advantages:

Thanks to the built-in SSD storage in the consoles, loading times should be much shorter than before and controller features such as the haptic feedback of the PS5-Pads DualSense would let you feel the action on the virtual lawn more clearly.

The so-called “deferred lighting system” is to represent the soccer players and the stadiums even more realistically. Improved animations and new body models would make the game even more authentic, writes EA on the official website.
One feature EA calls “humanization off the ball”. Behind it are typical actions in sport that do not include shots on goal or passes. A player can adjust his shin guards or shout something to his teammate.
EA summarizes all these advantages under “the next generation”, but closes the platforms PC and Nintendo Switch out. On the Nintendo console you have updated rosters and new menus, but you will not be able to use the features mentioned above, nor will you have access to gameplay innovations or other modes.

EA particularly surprised the fans that the PC version also did not benefit from the next-gen features, after all, high-end PCs should be able to display them. In one FAQ EA writes, however, that FIFA 21 on PC is the version for PS4 and Xbox One.
