FIFA 21: new systems and several new features in this year’s game

Electronic Arts released a new FIFA 21 video highlighting some of the new features in this year’s installment, including new mechanics and active and passive systems that seek to offer a better game flow.

Like the UFC 4 video from a few weeks agoThis new publication reviews the improvements and additions starting with the Gambeta Ágil (Agile Dribbling), a skill movement system debuted in last year’s game and this time it can be combined with feints to scatter defenders.

However the big change is the Creative Runs, than allow to control not only the player who has the ball but also the receiver during the attack, to be able to direct it to the desired position before sending the pass. Another application fixes the control on a single footballer, even without the ball, to make sure to position it in the right place and then ask for it

The last three systems are passive: on the one hand the
Positioning Awareness, which makes players react more in line with their actual playing style; he
Collision System improved, which generates fewer stumbles among footballers; and what the company calls
The Fundamentals of Soccer, structural changes to the pass system, centers and some gambetas that will surely generate much controversy among users.

FIFA 21 debuts on October 9 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and those who buy the game will be able to upgrade to the next-generation version for free.
