The annual spring sports camp in Fiesch, which should have taken place from Sunday, April 5th to Saturday, April 11th, 2020, does not take place. The reason is the risks and developments in connection with the coronavirus.
The decision not to carry out the camp results from the resolutions of the Federal Council in dealing with the worsening situation in connection with the coronavirus. The spring sports camp in Fiesch, with 170 registered children and young people and 40 leaders, is prohibited from events with more than 100 people.
The board of directors of the Berner Feriensportlager association and the Sports Office of the City of Bern very much regret that they have to cancel the Fiescher spring sports camp.
