An aggressive swan “verbally” attacked a bus driver and bus passengers on Friday morning in Gravdal in Bergen.
– Reported by the bus driver of a furious swan prowling and attacking passengers who are about to get off and on the bus, wrote the Vest Police District on Twitter at 8 am.
– It is not known what the swan has against bus passengers now at the end of 2022, but we are trying to get in touch with professionals who can make him think better, write the police further.
Operations director Eivind Hellesund tells VG he has received no reports that the swan was physically attacked.
– He’s probably just a little aggressive, says Hellesund.
It’s not the first time the chief operating officer has heard of the swan. The problems have been going on for several days, he says.
– There’s a big body of water in the area and he probably lives there, but it’s not good to say why he’s angry. People just need to stay away.
Bergens Tidende they talked to the bus driver Morten Reimers, who fed the swan a slice of bread with yellow cheese. He shouldn’t be afraid of the swan.
– Those animals are so beautiful. I was attacked by swans before when I lived in Germany, he tells the paper.
This isn’t the first time angry swans have been reported in the area. Just a few years ago, the so-called “Port Manager in Os” had a reputation for being inhospitable.
The bud habit was eventually suppressed after that, among other things, he attacked a kindergarten group and dragged a girl under the water.
